Recent Highlights
- A team of 8 came from Stoney Creek Baptist Church, London to help us do Vacation Bible Schools at our church and a sister church. It could not have happened without them!
- A couple of weeks before that, Karen worked in a similar club in another part of the city.
- George led a 6 week Muslim outreach training course.
- New grandson was born to Angelie and Aaron Hamill on July 6th. This is grandchild number 6!
The occasional spectacular rainbow reminds us that we serve a God of Hope! “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” (Romans 15:13)
Future Plans
- Upcoming 6 week home assignment to report to a portion of our supporting churches.
- We will arrange a vehicle for that time period, either by renting (about $1000 cost) or borrowing one from some kind soul who has one to spare.
- The next 3 weeks or so is full of tying up loose ends for while we are away. Pray for colleague Jeff Lee who will take on some of George’s ‘jobs’ while we are away.
