Karen is happy to be a “retired” missionary, while George is now an “associate” missionary with ABWE. This “associate” status allows George to receive funding for ministry expenses incurred as a volunteer. Such expenses include the ongoing costs of operating his online outreach website to Muslims. The internet ministry took a back seat for a long time due to other important commitments, but George is happy to now have time and energy to get back to what was a passion for him since the year 2000! Pray as he spends many hours most weeks making useful changes and adding new life-changing gospel content. “Lord, open hearts around the world!”
George still serves ABWE’s Open Toronto Initiative in a support capacity. He recently participated in inter-agency virtual meetings about a powerful new tool being developed to identify unreached people groups (UPG) throughout this great nation. “God please save our land!”
We just enjoyed a delightful King family reunion weekend with 27 family members in attendance. Occasionally, we get to do grandparent things like visiting and babysitting. On top of that, we serve in our local church to strengthen its ministry. “Thank you Father for your many blessings!”
