Here are a few praise items below, with some prayer requests going forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PRAISE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>After 4 months of looking, we have a new family doctor!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We enjoyed visiting many of our donor churches this fall. Many&nbsp;will continue support&nbsp;in&nbsp;2024 for our new part-time ministry role!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We get to spend Christmas with family this year! This will&nbsp;the first time in 15 years since we left Canada for the UK.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PRAYER<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For ABWE&#8217;s brand new&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.abwe.ca\/open-toronto\/?utm_source=ABWE+Canada&amp;utm_campaign=ce1dba9892-EMAIL_CAMPAIGN_2023_05_04_08_38_COPY_01&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_term=0_-ba39ed7f8e-%5BLIST_EMAIL_ID%5D&amp;mc_cid=ce1dba9892\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OPEN TORONTO INITIATIVE (OTI)<\/a>&nbsp;which we will serve in (click link for more info).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.abwe.ca\/open-toronto\/?utm_source=ABWE+Canada&amp;utm_campaign=ce1dba9892-EMAIL_CAMPAIGN_2023_05_04_08_38_COPY_01&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_term=0_-ba39ed7f8e-%5BLIST_EMAIL_ID%5D&amp;mc_cid=ce1dba9892\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OTI<\/a>&nbsp;project is just beginning, with&nbsp;planning, research, survey trips and conversations to take place through the first half of 2024.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ask God to raise up&nbsp;$140,000&nbsp;project funding and the team of 12-15 workers&nbsp;for the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.abwe.ca\/open-toronto\/?utm_source=ABWE+Canada&amp;utm_campaign=ce1dba9892-EMAIL_CAMPAIGN_2023_05_04_08_38_COPY_01&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_term=0_-ba39ed7f8e-%5BLIST_EMAIL_ID%5D&amp;mc_cid=ce1dba9892\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OPEN TORONTO INITIATIVE<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>George and Karen King<br>ABWE Canada<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>WE are grateful to God for many things as we approach this Christmas season.
