Her newest students\u00a0are a Syrian lady and her 10 year old daughter who hasn&#8217;t been able to get a school placement yet. The mother\u00a0came initially to access the church&#8217;s foodbank,\u00a0but when she saw an English class going on, she\u00a0begged to join in too!<\/li>\n<li>Karen is also praising God for her class helpers who make the larger classes more manageable.<\/li>\n<li>Various plans for outreach ministries are gradually coming together to facilitate God&#8217;s work here. The Lord gives wisdom and direction!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>PRAYER:\u00a0<em>As for me, I am poor and needy, but the Lord takes thought for me. You are my help and my deliverer; do not delay, O my God!<\/em> &#8211; Psalm 40:17<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pray\u00a0for Karen&#8217;s new &#8216;conversation circles&#8217; and how to make them work well when ladies have such differing language abilities. She\u00a0hopes to have more\u00a0faith conversations in these Thursday afternoon sessions.<\/li>\n<li>Pray for\u00a0a Nov 4th\u00a0nationwide conference in Birmingham.
